These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the relationship between Haka Lab, a legally established company with its address at Guardia Vieja #181 Providencia, Santiago, Chile (hereinafter, “Haka Lab” or “we”), and the user of the HakaPath software (hereinafter, the “User” or “you”).

 

• When we use terms like “Haka Lab,” “we,” “us,” and “our(s)” in these terms, we’re referring to Haka Lab Spa., its subsidiaries, and related companies.

 

• When we refer to “services” in these terms, we mean the services, applications, websites, and other products provided by Haka Lab.

 

• When we use “you,” “your,” or “your(s),” we mean you. If you access our services on behalf of a legal entity (such as your employer), you acknowledge that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms, and “you,” “your,” and “your(s)” will refer to that entity.

 

1.- Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and using the HakaPath software, you agree to and commit to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use HakaPath.

 

2.- License to Use

Haka Lab grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the HakaPath software on compatible devices for personal or business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

 

3.- Usage Restrictions

The User agrees not to:

 

• Copy, modify, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to obtain the source code of HakaPath.
• Distribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer HakaPath to third parties without prior written consent from Haka Lab.
• Use HakaPath for unlawful or immoral purposes.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights or any other rights of Haka Lab or third parties in connection with HakaPath.
• Updates and Maintenance
• Haka Lab reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue HakaPath at any time. These updates may be mandatory to continue using the software.

 

4.- Privacy and User Data

HakaPath may collect and process User data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at [link to the privacy policy].

 

5.- Liability

Haka Lab shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of HakaPath. The User agrees to use HakaPath at their own risk.

 

6.- Termination

Haka Lab may terminate this license and the Terms at any time if the User breaches these Terms. In the event of termination, the User must cease using HakaPath.

 

7.- Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Chilean law without regard to conflicts of law.

 

Changes to the Terms

Haka Lab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective by posting the updated Terms on the Haka Lab website.
